Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE NO.
An ordinance levying and assessing a special tax bill against the
lots or tracks of land fronting or abutting on the roadway of
Manilla Street, from the north line of Ridgewood Drive, north 350
feet in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the improvement of
the said roadway by grading and paving with asphalt macadam.
BE IT ORDAINED .BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and
cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this ordinan e
against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting
on the roadway of Manilla Street, from the north line of 'Ridgewood
Drive north 350 feet. in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the
improvement of the roadway Manilla street aforesaid, including
such grading as may be necessary for the reception of a cement
sidewalk, the sum of $2130.74 as the total costs of the improvement
of said street and the number of front feet fronting or abutting
said roadway of said Manilla street aforesaid, between the aforesai
streets amount to 554.88, running feet; the cost price per running
foot is $3.84.
Section 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of said road ,
way of Manilla Street, from the north line of Ridgewood north 350 i
feet there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of $3.84 as a
special tax against each front foot of ground fronting or abutting
said improved roadway of said Manilla Street, from the north line
of Ridgewood Drive north 350 feet.
