S FOLLOWS:
action 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri
areby declares that it deems it necessary for the health and comfor
f the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary and other purposes
that there must be constructed as soon as possible in Sewer District
o. 31 "A", as established by Ordinance, a sanitary sewer and it is
ordered that the same be constructed without unnecessary delay and
connected into the present sewer at a point 3 feet north of the nortIl 1
line of the Missouri Pacific right-of-way and 350 feet west of the
enter line of Hart Street.
Section 2. That said sewer shall begin at the present sewer at a po nt
3 feet north of the north line of the Missouri Pacific right-of-way
nd 350 feet west of the center line of Hart Street; thence in an
easterly direction parallel to said right-of-way line 826.2 feet;
thence turning an angle of 3 degrees and 56 minutes to the left
215 feet. Also beginning at a point 3 feet north of the north
fight-of-way line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad and 10 feet east
of the west line of Hart Street; thence north at right angle to the
said right-of-way line 175.0 feet. Also beginning at a point 3 feet
north of the nortt right-of-way line of the Missouri Pacific Rail-
oad and 20 feet east of the west line of Hamlin Street; thence
north at right angle to the said right-of-way line 54 feet.
Section 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as
provided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard glazed
sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and
specifications of the City Engineer.
Section 4. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
City Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following:
