SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to proceed at once
to make out special tax bills under the seal of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, of the aforesaid amounts against said lots or
pieces of land in the aforesaid Sewer District No. 50 "E" situated,
mentioned and described in the heretofore mentioned sections of
this Ordinance in the name of the owner or owners thereof, which sa d
special and certified tax bills shall be signed by the Mayor and
attested and recorded by the City Clerk and delivered to
E.F. Kieselbach Construction Company, The Contractor of the work of
construction of the aforesaid serwrs as provided and required by the
Charter of the City of Jefferson and the Ordinances authorizing and
ordering the construction of sewers in' said Sewer District No. 50 " "
heretofore passed and approved by the Council.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THAT THE ALLEY WHICH CONNECTS JEFFERSON STRE T
WITH WASHINGTON STREET AND WHICH RUNS PARALLEL AND LIES BETWEEN
McCARTY STREET AND MILLER STREET SHALL BE KNOWN AND NAMED "HANDLEY
LANE"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOPIII,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Handley Lane. The alley which connects Jefferson Street:
to Washington Street and which runs parallel with and lies between
McCarty Street and Miller Street shall hereafter be known as and is
now named "Handley Lane" .
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
