AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 9 OF SECTION 61 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1956, PERTAINING TO AREAS OF
;!RESERVED AND RESTRICTED PARKING BY SUBSTITUTING THE WORDS AND
FIGURES "EIGHTY SIX (86) FEET WEST OF THE WEST CURB OF JEFFERSON
STREET "FOR THE WORDS" SIXTY SIX (66) FEET WEST OF THE WEST CURB
OF JEFFERSON STREET" IN SAID SUBSECTION (9) . !
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOU �I,
AS FOLLOWS:
I
Section 1, Subsection 9 of Section 61 of the Revised Ordinances of
the City of Jefferson, 1956, be and the same is hereby amended by -
striking out of said Subsection 9 the words "sixty six (66) feet
west of the west curb of Jefferson Street" and substituting there-
fore the words "eighty six feet west of the west curb of Jefferson
Street" so that as amended the said Subsection 9 of Section 61
shall read as follows:
"Subsection 9 of Section 61: Central Hotel. On the north side
of High Street between points located forty-six (46) feet and
eighty-six (86) feet west of the west curb of Jefferson Street,
provided that patrons and guests of the Central Hotel, when arri
ing at or departing from said hotel, may park within said area." '
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from
and after its passage and approval. (I

RDINANCE NO. 6531
N ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FROM
ERMITTING THE SAME TO BE PARKED IN THE ALLEY WHICH CONNECTS MADISO
STREET TO MONROE STREET AND WHICH LIES BETWEEN AND RUNS PARALLEL
ITH MILLER STREET AND ELM STREET, AND PROVIHING A PENALTY FOR THE
IOLATION THEREOF. II
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUTI,
S FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked in the alley which
connects Madison Street with Monroe Street and which lies between
and runs parallel with Miller Street and Elm Street.
SECTION 2. Anyone violating any of the terms or provisions of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be .in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
