AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT N0. 89 "C" , WITHIN THE CI
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOU I,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary for sanitary
purposes and for the health and comfort of its inhabitants of the
City to establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer District
No. 89 "C" , with location and boundaries as follows:
Beginning on
the north line of Southwood Hills Addition at a point 88.3 feet
westerly of the westerly line of Jackson Street ; thence west along
the north line of Southwood Hills Addition and the extension there-
of, 438.0 feet to the east line of lot 15 of said Addition; thence
southerly along the easterly line of said lot 170 feet to the
southeasterly corner of said lot; thence southeasterly 64.0 feet to
the northwesterly corner of lot 24; thence southerly along the
westerly line of lot 24 for a distance of 148 feet; thence easterly
parallel to the north line of Southwood Hills Addition, 177 .8 feet
to the westerly line of Jackson Street; thence northerly along the
westerly line of Jackson Street, 341.2 feet; thence northerly 108.0
feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. All Ordinance or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE NO. 6536
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT NO. 89 "C" WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri ,
hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health and
comfort of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary and other
purposes that there must be constructed as soon as possible in
Sewer District No. 89 "C", as established by Ordinance, a sanitary
sewer and it is ordered that the same be constructed without
unnecessary delay and connected into the present sewer at Station
11 plus 50 in Sewer District No. 89 in the Tanner Bridge Road.
SECTION 2. That said sewer shall begin at Station 11 plus 50 in
Sewer District No. 89 in the Tanner Bridge Road; thence run North ''
79 degrees and 29 minutes East, 300.0. feet ; thence North 85 degrees
and 23 minutes East, 225.0 feet.
SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as
provided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard glazed
sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and
specifications of the City Engineer. All crafts and classes of
labor used in the construction of this sewer shall be paid the
prevailing hourly rate of wages as set out below. Said hourly
