The Zoning map, as incorporated into the terms of Ordin ce Number 5880, of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended,�j modified and changed to reflect the rezoning of the following j described land from its present District "B" Two Family Dwelling District to a District "E" Local Commercial District: "Beginning at a point which lies 60.0 feet south of the point , where the west line of Clark Avenue intersects the northerly line of Outlot No. 59 ; thence south along the west line of Clark Avenue 44.0 feet; thence west at right angles parallel t the northerly line of Outlot No. 59 a distance of 100 .0 feet; thence at right anbles parallel to the west line of Clark Avenue a distance of 24.0 feet; thence at right angles to the east and parallel to the northerly line of Outlot no. 59 a distance of 31.0 feet; thence on a ninety degree angle to the left proceeding northerly parallel to the westerly line of Clark Avenue a distance of 20.0 feet ; thence at right angles to the east and parallel to the northerly line of Outlot No. 59 a distance of 69 .0 feet to the point of beginning." Ellis /s/ President of the Council Mayor j ORDINANCE NO. 6538 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE PAYMENT OF A MONTHLY AUTOMOBILE EXPENSE ALLOWANCE TO THE BUILDING COMMISSIONER, THE CITY ENGINEER, THE LICENSE INSPECTOR, THE ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR AND THE PLUMBING INSPECTOR. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. A monthly automobile expense allowance in the following designated amounts shall be paid monthly to the following designate employees of the City in consideration of the use of their own privately owned automobiles and motor vehicles in performance of their official duties: (a) The Building Commissioner shall receive the sum of Twnety-Five ($25.00) Dollars per month as an allowance. (b) The City Engineer shall receive the sum of Twenty-Five ($25.00) Dollars per month as an allowance. (c) The License and Restaurant Inspector shall receive the sum of Twenty-Five ($25.00) Dollars per month as an allowance. (d) The Plumbing Inspector shall receive the som of Fifteen ($15 .00) Dollars per month as an allowance. (e) The Electrical Inspector shall receive the sum of Fifteen ($15 .00) Dollars per month as an allowance. Section 2. The above designated automobile expense allowances shall be in addition to the salaries and compensation heretofore established by the City Council forthe aforementioned employees of the City.
