Treasurer Community Development Police Department Public Works Golf Course Parks and Recreation COST IMPACT: None Airport RMS Originator FUNDING N/A Library SOURCE: Information Systems TIMELINE: Grant Coordinator SUMMARY STATEMENT: In the spring of 2020 – Congress approved, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) offered, $30,000 in CARES Act relief funding through the AIP program. Council approved accepting this funding offer. Currently, the funds have not been expended, as Staff is conserving the funds during the ongoing COVID epidemic. As part of receiving AIP funding, year-end reports are required by the FAA. Two of these documents are SF271 Outlay Report and request for Reimbursement for Construction Projects and SF425 Federal Financial Report. The FAA has requested these documents be signed by the Mayor. Attachments: SF271 Outlay Report and Request for Reimbursement for Construction Projects SF425 Federal Financial Report RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Financial Reports SF271 and SF425 for Airport Improvement Program Project 029 and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
