AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FROM
PERMITTING THE SAME TO BE PARKED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF HIGH STREET
BETWEEN TWO POINTS LOCATED ONE HUNDRED AND ONE (101) FEET WEST AND
TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY ONE (221)FEET WEST OF THE WEST CURB OF W
WASHINGTON STREET, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUI I,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicl
to permit the same to be parked on the south side of High Street
between two points located one hundred and one (101) feet and
two hundred and twenty-one (221) feet west of the west curb of
Washington Street.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
Section 3. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.

ON THE EAST SIDE OF JACKSON STREET FOR A DISTANCE OF NINETY (90) f
FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH CURB OF WOODLAWN STREET, AND PROHIBITING TH
OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE OTHER THAN A SCHOOL BUS TRANSPORTING
SCHOOL CHILDREN TO AND FROM THE THORPE GORDON SCHOOL TO PARK WITHIN
THE SCHOOL BUS LOADING AND UNLOADING ZONE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00
A.M. AND 7:00 P.M. MONDAYS THROUGH FRIDAYS INCLUSIVE, AND PROVIDINGI
PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUiI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. There is hereby established and created a school, bras
loading and unloading zone along the east curb of Jackson Street
for a distance of ninety (90) feet north of the south curb of
Woodlawn Street. I'
Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any motor vehicle other than �'II
a school bus transporting school children to and from the Thorpe I
Gordon School to park within the school bus loading and unloading
zone established by the preceding section between the hours of
7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays inclusive.
