AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FROM
PERMITTING THE SAME TO BE PARKED ON THE EAST SIDE OF JEFFERSON
STREET BETWEEN THE INTERSECTIONS OF JEFFERSON STREET AND ATCHISON i
STREET AND JEFFERSON STREET AND SWIFT' S HIGHWAY, AND PROVIDING A
PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSO I,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicl
to permit the same to be parked at the curb on the east side of
Jefferson Street between the intersections of Jefferson Street and
Atchison Street and Jefferson Street and Swift's Highway.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.

BOULEVARD WITHIN A DISTANCE OF TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY (250) FEET OF
THE INTERSECTION OF FAIRMOUNT BOULEVARD WITH CHESTNUT STREET, AND IJ
PROVIDING A PENALTY. �!
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: i
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehiclei
to permit the same to be parked at the curb on either side of
Fairmount Boulevard within a distance of two hundred and fifty (250)
feet of the intersection of Fairmount Boulevard and Chestnut Street.;
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance shalil
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. i
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval. i
