AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI? AUTHORIZING THE
ACCEPTANCE BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL TO ACCEPT A QUITCTAIM
DEED FROM GUIDO G. BUTZER AND ELIZABETH E. BUTZER, HIS WIFE, TO II
CERTAIN SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND FOR STREET RIGHT OF WAY AND
PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Council of the City of Jefferson
Missouri, hereby accept a Quit-Claim Deed from Guido G. Butzer and
Elizabeth E. Butzer, his wife, to the following described real
estate in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri:
A part of Outlot No . 52 and No. 54 in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the northerly line of Outlot
f No. 52 where the same is intersected by the westerly
line of Short Street; thence southerly perpendicular
to the northerly line of Outlot No. 52 a distance of
7 .0 feet ; thence easterly parallel with the northerly
line of Outlots Nos . 52 and 54 a distance of 650.0
feet; thence northerly parallel to the westerly line
of Outlot No. 54 a distance of 7 .0 feet to the north-
erly line of Outlot' No. 54; thence westerly along and
with the northerly line of Outlots Nos . 52 and 54 for
a distance of 650.0 feet to the point of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 6395 OF THE CITY OF JEFFERS N.
MISSOURI, PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FROM PERMITTI G
THE SAME TO BE PARKED FOR A PERIOD OF TIME IN EXCESS OF TWO HOURS
ON THE EAST SIDE OF LAFAYETTE STREET BETWEEN THE NORTH CURB OF
STATE STREET AND A POINT LOCATED TWO HUNDRED AND SEVENTY FEET (270)
FEET SOUTH THEREOF ON LAFAYETTE STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOU I,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance Number 6395 of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, ,
prohibiting the operator of a motor vehicle from permitting the
same to be parked along the east curb of Lafayette Street between
the north curb of State Street and a point south thereof 270 feet i
south along Lafayette Street for a period of time in excess of
two hours, be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from i
and after its passage and approval.
