• BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS,
TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1. An election shall be held to elect three Councilmembers
on the 6th day of April, 1985. Such election shall be
held at the City Hall, 3200 Diana Drive, Richland Hills,
Texas from 7:00 o'clock A.M. until 7:00 o'clock P.M.
SECTION 2. Eligible persons wishing to become candidates mta.st file
application with the Mayor or City Secretary of the City
of Richland Hills, Texas on or before the 6th day of March,
1985, until 5:00 P.M.
SECTION 3. The City Secretary of Richland Hills shall be the clerk
for absentee voting and the Assistant City Secretary shall
be the alternate clerk.
SECTION 4. Absentee voting shall commence in the office of the City
Secretary on the 18th day of March, at 8:00 A.M. and shall
close on the 2nd day of April, 1985, at 5:00 P.M.
SECTION 5. The following persons shall be the Officers who shall con-
duct the election:
RUSS MILLER Election Judge
• FRED SCHRODER Assistant Judge
and such other clerks as may be appointed by the Election
Judge.
SECTION 6. The election shall be conducted according to the laws of
the State of Texas.
SECTION 7. The three candidates for Councilmembers receiving the high-
est number of votes, shall be deemed to have been elected as
City Councilmembers.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 18th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1985.
