ORDINANCE NO. 6560
AN ORDINNCE PROHIBITING THE OWNER, LESSOR OR OCCUPANT OF ANY REAL
ESTATE WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, M]MOURI, OR THE SERVANT, AGENT
OR EMPLOYEE THEREOF, FROM SWEEPING BRUSHING, THROWING OR PLACING A
PAPER, DIRT, DUST, SAND, GRAVEL, ROCK, GLASS, METAL OR OTHER MATERIA,LS
INTO THE GUTTERS AND STREETS OF THIS CITY, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOU I,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It is hereby declared unlawful for the Owner, Lesser, o
Occupant of any real estate within this City, or the servant, agent
or employee thereof, to sweep, brush, throw, place or deposit any
paper, dirt, dust, sand, gravel, rock, glass, metal or other mater-
ials into the gutters and streets of Jefferson City.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE MONEY FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, 1957.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
City Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following.
