HomeMy Public PortalAboutORD06564 �ORDINANCE N0. 6563 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ESTABLISHING ` 14E + GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF THE ALLEY IN THE BLOCK BETWEEN MADISON- � MONROE-MC CARTY AND MILLER STREETS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the grade line of the roadway of the alley in the block between Madison-Monroe McCarty and Miller Streets, be and hereby is established as fol�.ows: Beginning at the center line of said alley where the same intersects the east line of Madison Street, where the elevation of the grade shall be, 153 .40 ; thence 234 feet on a uniform grade wher the elevation of the grade shall be, 161.33; thence 50 feet on a ve tical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 162.49 ; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 162.66; thence 85 feet on a uniform grade to the west line of Monroe Street, where the elevation of the grade shall be, 161.99 . SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That the grade line of the roadway of the north and south alley in the block between Madison-Monroe-McCarty and Miller Streets, be and hereby is established as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the north and south alley an the south line of the east and west alley in the block between Madison-Monroe-McCarty & Miller Streets, where the elevation of thel grade shall be, 156.81; thence on a uniform grade along and with the center line of the north and south alley to a point 5 .0 feet southerly of the northerly line of Miller Street, where the elevati n of the grade shall be 145.4. SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. I SECTION 3.
