N ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF GEMEINHARDT
UBDIVISION OF LOT 25 OF SWIFT AND THOMPSON' S SUBDIVISION OF THE
ORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 44, RANGE 12, A SUBDIVISION
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY HENRY GEMEINHARDT AND
OHANNA GEMEINHARDT, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSO[TF-
S FOLLOWS:
ection 1. Henry Gemeinhardt and Johanna Gemeinhardt, owners of
he real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of
efferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Counci'1 for its approvaL
Plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole
ounty, Missouri, and more, particularly described as follows:
All of Lot no. 25 of Swift and Thompson' s Subdivision
of the Northwest quarter of Section 13, Township 44 j
North, Range 12 West, as shown per plat of record in
Plat Book 1, at Page 9, Cole County Recorder' s Office.
as shown on the attached plat, known and referred to as Gemeinhardt
Subdivision of Lot No. 25 of Swift and Thompson' s Subdivision of they
orthwest quarter of Section 13, Township 44, Range 12, and made a
art of this ordinance; all of which said Gemeinhardt Subdivision
f Lot No . 25 of Swift and Thompson' s Subdivision of the Northwest
quarter of Section 13, Township 44, Range 12, is within the cor-
porate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
And it appearing that said Plat has been duly and properly sign
nd accepted by the Owners of said Subdivision known and referred
o as Gemeinhard Subdivision of Lot no. 25 of Swift and Thompson' s
ubdivision of the Northwest quarter of Section 13, Township 44,
ange 12; that all taxes thereon have been paid; and that in all
ther respects the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes
f Missouri, 1949, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with
y the aforesaid owners of the said Subdivision.
THEREFORE, the Plat of land of the said Henry Gemeinhardt and
,Johanna Gemeinhardt, known and referred to as Gemeinhardt Subdivi.sio
of Lot no. 25 of Swift and Thompson' s Subdivision of the Northwest
uarter of Section 13, Township 44, Range 12, lying and being within
he corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown
y the said plat hereto attached and made a part of this Ordinance,
s hereby accepted and approved by the Council of the City of
efferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of said City; and the City Clerk
f the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after the passage and approval
f this ordinance, is hereby directed to endorse the acceptance and
pproval of said Plat thereon, and to certify to the approval of
he same under the Seal of the said City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
rom and after its passage and approval.
