The architect engineer w_i L work c lol lywith the Golf Committee, the Golf PI o and theta' L L n e.si` i-epar i ng the design. Preparing a facility design and securommittee and City Council approval of that design; 3. Preparing preliminary plans for the building and amenities as designed; 4. Costs of the architectural engineering services to be provided. Each discreet work element (as described above) should have a cost associated with it and a total cost for all services stated. .'..
