REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
FOR ARCHITECTURALANGINEERING SERVICES
The City of McCa l L is soliciting proposals for preliminary
design and engineering for a new club house, associated parking,
ut i L i ty and roadway improvements at its Municipal Golf Course.
The architect engineer w_i L work c lol lywith
the Golf
Committee, the Golf PI o and theta' L L n e.si` i-epar i ng the
design.

1. Developing requirements for the scope of the facility and
amenities;
2. Preparing a facility design and securommittee and City
Council approval of that design;
3. Preparing preliminary plans for the building and amenities
as designed;
4. Preparing a cost estimate for final eng i neer i ng onstruct i c
and appointment of the facility.
Proposals should include the following:
1.. Costs of the architectural engineering services to be
provided.
Each discreet work element (as described above)
should have a cost associated with it and a total cost
for all services stated.
.'.. Background and professional qualifications;
3. Statement of the philosophy and approach used;
4. Sketches or photographs of three recently completed
. These sketches
should be in 8 1/2" x 11" format. Owners and managers
that could be contacted should be Listed.
Proposals should be submitted not later than 5 p.m.
