SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to proceed at once
to make out special tax bills under the seal of the City of Jeffers �n,
Missouri, of the aforesaid amounts- against said lots or pieces of
land in the aforesaid Sewer District No. 31 "A ' situated, mentionedi
and described in the heretofore mentioned sections of this Ordinanc
in the name of the owner or owners thereof, which said special and
certified tax bills shall be signed by the Mayor and attested and
recorded by the City Clerk and delivered to E. F. Rie.sel.bach
Construction Company. The Contractor of the work of construction ol
the aforesaid sewers as provided and required by the Charter of the
City of Jefferson and the Ordinances authorizing and ordering the
construction of sewers in said Sewer District No. 31 "A" , heretofox
passed and approved by the Council.
SECTION 4. ' This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE MONEY FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY, 1958
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
City Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following:
