MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Isidore F. Bax and Alberta M. Bax, owners of the real i
estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of Jefferson, I
Missouri , having submitted to the Council for its approval a Plat I
of said real estate, being; located in Jefferson City, Cols: County, !)
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of Uutlo
No. 91, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri., and more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Range line between
. 11W and 12W. , said point being 726.8 feet north of the S.E.
corner of Sec. 13, T44N. , $12W. , thence N 850081E. 80 feet, thence I�
S40221E. 140 feet, thence N85008 'E. 240 feet, thence N 4022'W. ,
340 feet, thence S. 850081W. 320 feet, to the Range line, thence
S. 4022'E. 200 feet to the point of beginning.
as shown on the attached plat, known and referred to as Bax Subdivi-
sion of Part of Outlot No. 91, and made a part of this ordinance; a 1
of which said Bax Subdivision, is within the corporate limits of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
And it appearing that said Plat has been duly and properly
signed and accepted by the Owners of said Subdivision known and
referred to as Bax Subdivision of part of Outlot No. 91; that all
taxes thereon have been paid; and that in all other respects the
- requirements -of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949,
entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the aforesaid
owners of the said Subdivision.
THEREFORE, the Plat of land of the said Isidore F. Bax and
lberta M. Bax, known and referred to as Bax Subdivision of part of
Outlot No. 91, lying and being within the corporate limits of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto
attached and made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby accepted and
approved by the Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the
Mayor of said City; and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
issouri, after the passage and approval of this ordinance, is
hereby directed to endorse the acceptance and approval of said
Plat thereon, and tb certify to the approval of the same under the
Seal of the said City of Jefferson, Missouri..
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

N ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF HOUGH PARK ()
SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE SOUTH ONE HALF OF OUTLOT NO. 98 & PART 0
LOTS NOS. 11 2 & 3, OR BLOCK 1, OF WINST.ON HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, IN
HE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI:, BY KEITH W. MAJOR, GLADYS M. MAJOR
ROBERT J. MAJOR & EDITH E. MAJOR, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.

SECTION 1. Keith W. Major, Gladys M. Major, Robert J. Major and
Edith E. Major, woners of the real estate hereinafter described andl' ram
situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri. , having submitted to th4
Council for its approval a Plat of said real estate, being located
in Jefferson City, Cole Councy, Missouri , and more particularly i
described as follows:

1, 2 & 3 of Block One of Winston Heights Subd. , more particularly ;I
described as follows: Beginning at the southwesterly corner of
Outlot 98, thence in a northerly direction along and with the
westerly line of Outlot 98 a distance of 360 feet to the beginning
point of this description, thence in a southeasterly direction along
and with the northerly line of Block one of Winston Heights SubdiviI
sion a distance of 1155 .2 feet, more or less to the southwesterly
corner of Lot 4 Block One. of Winston Heights Subdivision, thence in '
a northeasterly direction along and with the westerly line of Lots
4 & 3 to a point 10 feet south of the northwesterly corner of Lot
3 Block One of Winston Heights Subdivision, thence in a southeast-
erly direction and on a direct line to a point on the westerly
right of way line of Hough Park Road, said point being 10 feet
south of the northeasterly corner of Lot 3 Block One of Winston
Subdivision, thence in a northeasterly direction along and with
the westerly right of way line of Hough Park Road 50 feet, thence
in a northwesterly direction 110 feet, thence in a northeasterly
direction 90 feet more or less to a point on the northerly line

being 110 feet northwesterly of the northeasterly corner of said
Lot One, thence in a northwesterly direction and on a direct line

made a part of this ordinance; all of which said Hough Park.
Subdivision of part of the South one-half of Outlot No. 98 and party
of Lots Nos. 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, Winston Heights Subdivision, is
within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
And it appearing that said Plat has been duly and properly
signed and accepted by the Owners of said Subdivision known and
referred to as Hough Park Subdivision of part of the South one-half bf
Outlot No . 98 and part of Lots Nos. 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, Winston
Heights Subdivision; that all taxes thereon have been paid; and I
that in all other respects the requirements of Chapter 445, Revieedil
Statutes of Missouri, 1949, entitled "Plats" have been fully compl.i 'd
with by the aforesaid owners of the said Subdivision.

approved by the Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the
Mayor of said City; and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, after the passage and approval of this ordinance, is
hereby directed to endorse the acceptance and approval of said Plat
thereon, and to certify to the approval of the same under the Seal
of the said City of Jefferson, Missouri.
