• A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF ADI AUTOMATED
INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the Richland Hills Police Department currently has inadequate
facilities for record keeping and retrieving which reduces the effec-
tiveness of the department and,
WHEREAS, the implementation of an automated information system will allow
the City of Richland Hills Law Enforcement Agency to have the equipment
necessary for the agency to operate safely, and a modern, professional
agency, and,
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this City Council that the best interest of
the City of Richland Hi11s will be served by participating in this program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND
HILLS
1. The City of Richland Hills desires to participate in the development
of a modern automated information system.
• 2. This City understands that the Texas Criminal Justice System is pro-
viding 50% funding for this project.
3. The City further understands that the remainder of the funding is
to be supplied by the City.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 18TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 1985,
at a special meeting of the City Council of t e City o Ric an Hills.
