Whereas, the City Council has conducted such hearing on the data: designeted in the newspaper publication and had given all interests parties an opportunity to be heard upon the question, now therefore BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 1102 of Article XI of Ordinance No. 5880, the Zoning Ordinance, of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, be and is hereby amended by adding thereto a new subparagraph to be known as subparagraph thirteen (13.) which shall read and state as follows: 13. Warehouses and Wholesale Businesses Section 2. In all other respects Section 1102 of Article XI of Ordinance Number 5880, as originally passed and amended, shall remain the same. i Section 3. Ellis /s/ President of the Council Mayor ORDINANCE NO. 6594 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 6574 NAMING THE STREET SERVING AS ONE OF THE ENTRANCES INTO THE NEW ARMORY BUILDING, AND ENACTING A NEW ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO THE SAME SUBJECT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Ordinance Number 6574 naming the street serving as one of the entrances into the new Armory Building and Armory Drive, be and the same is hereby repealed. Section 2. The easterly entrance street to the new Armory Building is hereby named Armory Drive .East. The westerly entrance street to the New Armory Building is hereby named Armory Drive West. Section 3. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked on the west portion of Jackson !� Street, next to the west curb, between the intersections of Jackson and Atchison Streets, and the intersection of Jackson and Hickory � Streets.
