SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to proceed at once
to make out special tax bills under the seal of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, of the aforesaid amounts against said lots or
pieces of land in the aforesaid Sewer District No . 89 C situated,
mentioned and described in the heretofore mentioned sections of
this Ordinance in the name of the owner or owners thereof,
which said special and certified tax bills shall be signed by the
Mayor and attested and recorded by the City Clerk and delivered to
Roy A. Scheperle Construction Company, The Contractor of the work
of construction of the aforesaid sewers as provided and required by
the Charter of the City of Jefferson and the Ordinances authorizing
and ordering the construction of sewers in said Sewer Distric t No.
89 C, heretofore passed and approved by the Council.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF EDWIN GOLDAMMER,
ALMA C. GOLDAMMER, TOMMY GOLDAMMER AND ROSE MARY GOLDAMMER OF AN
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MI$OURI, KNOWN AS ROSELAND
ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUIII
AS FOLLOWS: `
SECTION 1. Edwin Goldammer, Alma C. Goldammer, Tommy Goldammer and�l
Rose Mary Goldammer, owners of the real estate hereinafter describe ,
and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted
to the City Council for its approval a plat of said real estate, '
being a tract of land that is part of Outlot No. 99 in the City ofl
Jefferson, Missouri, as shown on the attached plat, and more
