as shown on the attached plat, known and referred to as Roseland
Addition and made a part of this Ordinance, all of which Roseland
Addition lies within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri.
And it appearing that said plat has been duly and properly
signed and accepted by the said owners of the said addition known
and referred to as Roseland Addition, that all taxes have been
paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445,
Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments thereto,
entitled "Plats" , have been fully complied with by the aforesaid
owners of said addition; now therefore
The plat of land of Edwin Goldammer, Alma C. Goldammer,
Tommy Goldammer and Rose Mary Goldammer, known and referred to as
Roseland Addition, lying and being within the corporate limits
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by said plat hereto
attached and made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby accepted and
approved by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
and the Mayor of said City, and the City Clerk of said City, after
the passage and approval of this Ordinance, are hereby directed to
endorse acceptance and approval of said plat thereon, and to
certify to the approval of the same under the seal of the said
City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

An Ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor and the-City Clerk
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, to execute, for and on behalf
of the City, a Warranty Deed, in the consideration of One ($1.00)
Dollar, To the State of Missouri, for the use of the Missouri
State National Guard, for the following described property, a part
of the northeast quarter of Section 12 Township 44 Range 12, and
all of which is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of the tract of land now
owned by the State of Missouri, as described in Warranty Book 157
at Page 89, Cole County Recorder of Deeds Office; thence North 84
