HomeMy Public PortalAboutORD06604 particularly described as fellows: Beginning, at a point on the southerly line of Carol Street and the easterly line of Outlot No. 99, said point of beginning being 30 .0 feet southerly of the northeasterly corner of said (hitlot ; thence southerly along and with the easterly line of said Outlot, 779 .0 feet; thence North 81 degrees and 32 minuted west, 198 .2 feet; thence south 41 degrees and 43 minutes west, 70.2 feet to the northerly line of Rosewood Addition; thence westerly along and with the northerly line of Rosewood Addition, 969 .0 feet; thence south 83 degrees and 59 minutes west, 135.0 feet to the easterly or northerly line of Winston Street; thence on a 10 degree curve to the right along and with the easterly or northerly line of Winston Street, 351.0 feet; thence north 40 degrees and 30 minutes east and parallel to the easterly line of Chestnut Street, 532.2 feet to the southerly line of Carol Street; thence easterly along and with the southerly line of Carol Street, 1316.0 feet to the point of beginning. as shown on the attached plat, known and referred to as Roseland Addition and made a part of this Ordinance, all of which Roseland Addition lies within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. And it appearing that said plat has been duly and properly signed and accepted by the said owners of the said addition known and referred to as Roseland Addition, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said addition; now therefore The plat of land of Edwin Goldammer, Alma C. Goldammer, Tommy Goldammer and Rose Mary Goldammer, known and referred to as Roseland Addition, lying and being within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by said plat hereto attached and made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of said City, and the City Clerk of said City, after the passage and approval of this Ordinance, are hereby directed to endorse acceptance and approval of said plat thereon, and to certify to the approval of the same under the seal of the said City of Jefferson, Missouri.
