The breakdown of the cost impact is as follows: Estimated fee of $53,000 for the Annual Audit, $6,000 Single Audit for one major program (FAA AIP), and $8,000 additional if CARES Act Single Audit is required  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the engagement letter from Eidebailly for the FY20 Audit and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
