BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 111E CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISGOU I,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, are hereby authorized and directed, for and on behalf of 1he
City, to execute a Warranty Deed to the State of Missouri., for the
use of the Missouri State National Guard, in the consideration of
the payment of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar for the following
described property in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri,
a part of the Northeast quarter of Section 12 'township 44 Range 1.2, and
all of which is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of the tract of land now
owned by the State of Missouri, as described in Warranty Brook 157 a
Page 89, Cole County Recorder of Deeds Office; thence North 84
degrees and 30 minutes East, 50.35 feet; thence North 5 degrees and
30 minutes West, 62.2 feet to the easterly line of the tract of lane
owned by the State of Missouri; thence South 33 degrees and 30
minutes West, 80.0 feet to the point -of beginning. (Magnetic bearin s)
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed insofar as they do conflict.
Section 3. Tnis Ordinance shall be in force from and after its
passage and approval.

ORDINANCE NO. 6605
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK OF JEFFERSON
CITY, MISSOURI, TO EXECUTE FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY A CONTRACT
WITH THE HUNTER BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE REPAIR OF A
SURFACE WATER AND STORM WATER CULVERT IN JEFFERSON CITY, PROVIDING
THE AMOUNT FOR PAYMENT OF SAME, AND THE WORK TO BE DONE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSO I,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, are hereby authorized and directed to execute
for and on behalf of the City of Jefferson a contract with the
Hunter Brothers Construction Company pertaining to the repair of a
surface water storm culvert.
Section 2. Inconsideration for said work by the Hunter
Brothers Construction Company, the City shall pay to it the actual
cost of all labor, materials and other reasonably nec.�,ssary expense
incuired by said company plus the sum of fifteen (15%) per cent.
Section 3. Said contract shall be in words and figures as
follows:

and after its passage and approval.
