SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Thompson Place Condominiums located on Thompson Street were platted with 12 of the 16 units as deed restricted local housing. The McCall City Council adopted Resolution 19-02, Local
Housing Incentive Program, that created a reimbursement incentive program for projects that meet the criteria of a deed restriction. Attached are two units that have executed the Deed
Restriction for Unit 9 and Unit 11 with the new owners. The deed restrictions have been reviewed by the City Attorney.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the request for reimbursement of the amount of $10,000 each through the Local Housing Incentive Program for Units 9 and Units 11 of the Thompson Place Condominiums and authorize
the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
