ORDINANCE NO. 6613
An Ordinance levying and assessing a special tax bill against the
lots or tracks of land fronting or abutting on the roadway of
Ridgewwod Drive, from Hart Street west to the west line of lot 6
Block 3, Jefferson Heights Subdivision in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, for the improvement of the said roadway by grading,
curbing and guttering and paving with portland cement concrete.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE +CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cos
price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this ordinance,
against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting -or abutting
on the roadway of Ridgewood Drive, from Hart Street west to the wes
line of lot 6, Block 3, Jefferson Heights Subdivision in the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, for the improvement of the roadway
Ridgewood Drive aforesaid, including such grading as may be
necessary for the reception of a cement sidewalk, the sum of
$12,685.98 as the total costs of the improvement of said street and
the number of .front feet fronting or abutting said roadway of said
Ridgewood Drive aforesaid, between the aforesaid streets amount to
1721.3, running feet; the cost price per running foot is $7.37 .
Section 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of said
roadway of Ridgewood Drive, from Hart Street west to the west line
of lot 6, Block 3, Jefferson Heights Subdivision there is hereby
levied and assessed the sum of $7.37 as a special tax against each
front foot of ground fronting or abutting said roadway of
Ridgewood Drive between the aforesaid streets, and contained in
such lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting said improved
roadway of said Ridgewood Drive, from Hart Street: west to the west
line of lot 6, Block 3, Jeffersoii Heights Subdivision.
