Section 3. The name of each property owner or owners and the
description of each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting on
each side of Ridgewood Drive from the west line of lot 6 Block 3
Jefferson Heights Subdivision to Hart Street and the number of
front feet owned by each owner or owners and contained in the lots
or tracts of land so owned and abutting said block or street
between the aforesaid streets and the cost price per front foot
for said improvement and the amount hereby levied and assessed as
a special tax for said improvement against each lot or piece of
ground fronting or abutting said Ridgewood Drive or the roadway
from the center of the intersection of Ridgewood Drive and Hart
Street west to the west line of lot 6 Block 3 Jefferson Heights
Subdivision.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to make out
special tax bills in favor of the contractor Sheldon Gentry for the
within mentioned work in accordance with the ordinances of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, relative to said kind of, work and in
accordance with the Charter of said City in regard to said work.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from aid
after its passage and approval.
