Ellis /s/ President of the Council Mayor ORDINANCE NO. 6619 AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FROM PERMITTING THE SAME TO BE PARKED IN THE ALLEY WHICH LIES BETWEEN AND RUNS PARALLEL WITH STATE STREET AND CAPITOL AVENUE BETWEEN MADISON STREET AND MONROE STREET. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUII, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked in the alley which lies between and runs parallel with State Street and Capitol Avenue between the intersections of said alley with Madison Street and Monroe Street. Section 2. Anyone violating the terms of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in force and in effect from and after its passage and approval. Ellis /s/ President of the Council Mayor ORDINANCE NO. 6620 AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FROM PERMITTING THE SAME TO BE PARKED AT THE CURB ON THE EAST SIDE OF MADISON STREET BETWEEN THE ALLEY, WHICH LIES .BETWEEN AND RUNS PARALLEL WITH STATE STREET AND CAPITOL AVENUE, AND A POINT ON THE EAST CURB 20 FEET SOUTH OF SAID ALLEY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSO AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked at the curb on the East side of Madison Street between the alley, which lies between and runs parallel with Capitol Avenue and State Street, and a point on theEast curb 20 feet South of said alley. Section 2. Anyone violating the terms of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in force and in effect from and after its passage and approval.
