SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Friends of the Payette Avalanche Center were awarded $8,500 for updates to the Granite Mountain weather station. The Friends were able to complete fixing the weather station for
$8,136. They would like to apply the additional $364 toward repairs incurred in repairing a snowmobile needed for the forecasters.
See the attached letter from the Friends of the Payette Avalanche Center requesting the re-allocation of funds. Their original application is also attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the request from the Friends of the Payette Avalanche Center to re-allocate Local Option Tax funds of $136 toward the cost of repairs incurred on one of their snowmobiles and
authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
