SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Each year, per Idaho Code §63-802A, no later than April 30, the City of McCall must set and notify the County Clerk of the date and location of the budget public hearing. Staff recommends
the Council set the FY22 Budget Public Hearing for August 12, 2021 at 5:30 PM in the Legion Hall which is the Council’s regularly scheduled meeting location.
Each year during budget development the Council typically holds a budget work session in May, June, and July. Staff would like to discuss potential dates and then set the FY22 Council
work session dates.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Set the FY22 Budget Public Hearing on August 12, 2021 at 5:30 PM in the Legion Hall and direct the Treasurer to notify the County Clerk of the date and location of the FY22 Budget Public
Hearing.
