That the said road of Hillsdale Drive, from the west curb line of Ronnie Avenue to the west curb line of Norris Drive be paved in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted by the City Engineer and filed in the office of the City Clerk; and that the total cost of the wokk aforesaid shall be charged and levied as a ppecial assessment against the real estate abutting and fronting on said contemplated improvement, and special tax bills shall be issued therefor, as provided in the City Charter, and in Sections 826, 827, 828, and 829 of Chapter 10, of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, 1956, and of the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri, 1949, and amendments thereto. SECTION 3. The City Engineer is hereby instructed to advertise for bids for this improvement. SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval. Ellis /s President of the Council Mayor ORDINANCE NO. 6629 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT NO. 91 "C" WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUZIx AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missour , hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health and comfo t of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary and other purposes that there must be constructed as soon as possible in Sewer Distric No. 91 "C" , as established by Ordinance, a sanitary sewer and it is ordered that the same be constructed without unnecessary delay and connected into the present sewer on Carol Street. SECTION 2. That said sewer shall begin at the present sewer 20.5 feet south of the south line of Carol Street and 12.5 feet east of the west line of lot 26 of Rose valley Subdivision; thence South parallel to the west line of lot 26, a distance of 47.5 feet; thenc turning an angle of 66 degrees and 35 minutes to the left, 124.5 feet; thence turning an angle of 66 degrees and 47 minutes to the right 386.5 feet; thence turning an angle of 90 degrees and 12 minu es to the left, 191.5 feet. Also beginning at a point 115 feet southerly of and 40 feet easterl of the westerly line of lot 27 of Rose Valley Subdivision; thence on a direct line in an easterly direction to a point on the easterl line of lot 28, said point being 59 feet southerly of the north- easterly corner of said lot 28. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as provided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard glaeed sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and specifi cations of the City Engineer. All crafts and classes of labor used in the construction of this sewer shall be paid the prevailing hourly rate of wages as set out below. Said hourly rate of wages has been determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations for the State of Missouri.
