SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Mayor received a request from the Idaho Association for the Education of Young Children (IDAEYC) to Proclaim April 10-16, 2021 as the Week of the Young Child™ in the City of McCall.
The letter is attached. IDAEYC is a non-profit organization with a mission to advance Idaho's early learning profession and advocate for children, families and those who work on behalf

The Requested Proclamation is attached for the Council’s consideration.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Proclaim April 10-16, 2021 as the Week of the Young Child™ in the City of McCall and authorize the Mayor to sign the proclamation.

Deny the request to Proclaim April 10-16, 2021 as the Week of the Young Child™ in the City of McCall by the Idaho Association for the Education of Young Children (IDAEYC)
