HomeMy Public PortalAboutORD06632 ')RDINANCE NO. 6630 N ORDINANCE REQUIRING A LICENSE FEE IN THE AMOUNT OF FIVE ($5.00) OLLARS PER YEAR TO BE PAID BY THE VENDORS OF ICE CREAM BARS, OPSICLES, FUDGESICLES AND ICE CREAM PRODUCTS USING MOTOR SCOOTERS, USH CARTS OR WAGONS IN THE SALE OF SAID PRODUCTS, FOR EACH MOTOR COOTER, PUSH CART OR WAGON. E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, S FOLLOWS: ection 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation o engage in the business of a vendor of ice cream bars, popsicles, udgesicles and- ice cream products where said merchandise is sold rom a motor scooter, push cart or wagon being operated on the treets of this city unless a said vendor obtains a license from the ity collector to carry on such business. ection 2. The cost of said license shall be five ($5.00) dollars er year per vehicle, cart or wagon. ection 3. Anyone violating the terms of this Ordinance shall be eemed guilty of a misdemeanor. ection 4. MARY' S BOULEVARD AND HIGHWAY 50 ST OR DUNKLIN STREET, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION F SAME. E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR , S FOLLOWS: ection 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the- operator of a mot pr ehicle to permit the same to be parked on the East side of Howard treet between its intersections with St. Mary's Boulevard and Highwity 0 West (Dunklin Street) , ection 2.
