E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ection 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
orporation to erect or cause to be erected any sign affecting,
ontrolling. or in any way regulating the movement of pedestrian or
otor vehiculer traffic on any street right of way within the City
f Jefferson, Missouri. j
ection 2. This ordinance does not apply to the Street Commissioner
f the City of Jefferson when erecting signs, on street right of way
o advise citizens of the City of Jefferson of regulations for the
ontrol of pedestrian and motor vehicular traffic enacted by action
f the Mayor and City Council.
Section 3. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance, I
xcept the Street Commissioner of the City and his authorized
mployees, shallkbe deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from
nd after its passage and approval.

QUIT-CLAIM DEED TO WILLIAM C. ROSE AND VIRGINIA C. ROSE, RALPH L.
OSE AND JEAN A. ROSE RELEASING TO SAID PERSONS SANITARY SEWER EASE_
NTS WHICH THE CITY HAS IN SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE OWNED

S FOLLOWS:
ection 1. Ordinance Number 6622 authorizing the Mayor and the City
Jerk to execute for and on behalf of the City of Jefferson, Missour Is
Quit-Claim deed to William C. Rose and Virginia C. Rose, Ralph
Rose and Jean A. Rose, whereby the City would release to said persons
11 interest it has by presently outstanding sanitary sewer right
f way easements in specifically described real estate owned by said
ersons, be and the same is hereby repealed.
ection 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, for and on behalf of the City, are hereby authorized and
irected to execute a quit-claim deed in favor of William C. Rose
and Virginia' C. Rose, Ralph L. Rose and Jean A. Rose, as the legal
owners of and the subdividers of Rose Valley Subdivision, whereby
he City of Jefferson releases all sanitary sewer right of way
Pasements as shown on the plat of record in Plat Book 5 at Page 89
hich are described as follows:
"A strip of land six feet in width, the center line of 4
the same being described as follows:
A part of Lots 26, 27 and 28 of Rose Valley Subdivision,
per plat of record in Plat Book 5 at Page 89, Cole County
Recorder' s Office, described as follows: Beginning at a
point 20.5 feet south of the south line of Carol Street
and 12.5 feet east of the west line of Lot 26 of said
subdivision; thence in a southeasterly direction on a l
direct line to a point on the east line of Lot 28, said
point being 53.0 feet south of the northeast corner of
said lot." �
