jI N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ESTABLISHING THE
�sGRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF NOTRE DAME STREET FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF
;TOUGH PARK ROAD TO THE NORTH LINE OF ST. PAUL STREET.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade line of the roadway of Notre Dame Street
from the south line of Hough Park Road to the north line of St. Pau
Street, be and hereby is established as follows;
Beginning at the center of Notre Dame Street and the
Isouth line of Hough Park Road, where the elevation of the grade shall
e, 303.02; thence 160 feet on a uniform grade, where the elevation
of the grade shall be, 187.70; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve
here the elevation of the grade shall be, 277.74; thence 50 feet on
vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be, 275.56;
thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade
shall be, 276. 19; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the
elevation of the grade shall be 279.60; thence 300 feet on a unifo
Trade where the elevation of the grade shall be, 308.20.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
nd after its passage and approval.

IAN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 97 'W' WITHIN THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDAIRES THEREOF.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
S FOLLOWS:
ECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri ,
ereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary for sanitary
urposes and for the health and comfort of its inhabitants of the
ity to .establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer District
o. 97 "A", and said district to be established with location and
oundaries as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Guyton' s
ddition as of record in Plat Book 2 Page 13, Cole County Recorder'

ight-of-way line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad 1986 feet to the
