Ellis /s/ President of the Council Mayor ORDINANCE NO. 6640 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 5910 (BEING SECTION 1044 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCE OF 1956) PERTAINING TO LAND RENTALS TO BE CHARGED FOR AIRPLANE SPACE AT THE JEFFERSON CITY MEMORIAL AIRPORT, AND ENACTING A NEW ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO THE SAME SUBJECT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR , S FOLLOWS. Section 1. Section 7 of Ordinance Number 5910 (being Section 1044 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, 1956, pertaining to land rentals to be charged for airplane space at the Jefferson City Memorial Airport be and the same is hereby repealed. Section 2. That a new ordinance pertaining to the sane subject is, hereby enacted, and said ordinance shall be designated as Section< - 1044 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, 1956, and shall read as follows: Section 1044. Land rentals -- Any person, firm or corporation desiring to erect their own buildings will be permitted to do so under a contract of lease with the City for the land space necessary at the following rates: (a) For commercial purposes fifteen ( .15�) per square foot per annum. (b) For private purposes not to exceed (.05G) per square foot per annum.
