on the following schedule: Depreciate the buildings or
hangers at the rate of 3% per annum for the time the
building has been erected, based on the actual cost of
the erection of the building, said cost to be substantiated
by actual invoices covering labor and materials at the
time the building or hanger was erected.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from

($350.00) DOLLARS PER MONTH AS SALARY AND ONE HUNDRED ($100.00)
DOLLARS PER MONTH AS AN EXPENSE ACCOUNT FOR THE EXPEDITER OF THE

ection 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
