SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Running Horse Subdivision is a 13 Lot subdivision located on Lots 6 and adjoining lot located at 314 West Lake Street for a total of 3.3 acres. The property is located on the south side
of West Lake Street, generally across the street from Rotary Park. The property is zoned R4. Twelve of the thirteen residential dwellings will be detached two story homes that will
vary in size from roughly 2,000 square feet to 2,500 square feet. There will be two different building/floor plan designs. The thirteenth unit will be dedicated Local Housing Unit (LHU).
The Local Housing Unit is currently located at 314 W Lake Street McCall, ID and will be moved slightly further south off Lake Street. Further information on the project is attached
in the packet.
The McCall Area Planning and zoning Commission held a public hearing and recommended approval to the City Council for the PUD and SUB.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Hold the Public Hearing.
Approve PUD-20-01 and SUB-20-04 with the Findings and Conclusions and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
