NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows: 1. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise for the receipt of bids based upon the same for the Food and Drink Concession at Waterfront Park. 2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's QPA, Purchasing Department and the Borough Attorney. Adopted this 14a' day of October, 2021 and certified as a true copy of the original on October 15, 2021.
