SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE NO. 6650
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 6638 AN ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN
SEWER DISTRICT NO. 97 "A" , WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUFI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 6638 be and hereby is repealed
and the following is hereby enacted in lieu therof, that the City
Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, hereby declares that it
deems it necessary for the health and comfort of the inhabitants of
the City, and for sanitary purposes, that there must be constructed
as soon as possible in Sewer District No. 97 "A" , as established by
Ordinance a sanitary sewer and it is ordered that the same be made
and constructed without unnecessary delay and that the said district
sewer be connected with and into the present sewer at Station 7 plus
50 in Joint Sewer District No. 1
SECTION 2. . That the said sewer shall begin at Station 7 plus 50 in
Joint Sewer District No. 1; thence South 20 feet; thence turning
an angle of 106 degrees and 20 minutes to the right, 380.0 feet;
thence turning an angle of 1 degree to the left, 360.0 feet; thence
turning an angle of B degrees and 34 minutes to the right 277.0 feet ;
thence turning an angle of 8 degrees and 05 minutes to the right,
347.0 feet; thence turning an angle of 90 degrees to the right,
113.2 feet; thence turning an angle of 81 degrees to the left, 236.
feet; thence turning an angle of 7 degrees and 20 minutes to the
left, 277.5 feet; thence turning an angle of 56 degrees and 31
minutes to the right, 561.5 feet; thence turning an angle of 42
degrees and 30 minutes to the left, 185.5 feet; thence turning an
angle of 72 degrees and 14 minutes to the left, 188.0 feet; thence
turning an angle of 40 degrees and 48 minutes to the right, 144.0
feet; thence turning an angle of 17 degrees and 23 minutes to the
right, 171.0 feet.
SECTION 3 Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as
provided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard glazed
.sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and
specifications of the City Engineer.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
