Ordinance Number 6484 of the City of Jefferson, Missour , which established a reserved or restricted parking zone on Madison Street before the entrance of the Governor Hotel be, and the same is hereby, repealed. Ellis s/ President of the Council Mayor ORDINANCE NO. 6664 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SUBSECTION 8 OF SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NUMBE 5941 OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BEING SUBSECTION 8 OF SECTION 61 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 19560 PERTAINING T THE RESERVED AND RESTRICTED PARKING PROVISIONS APPLYING TO THE GOVERNOR HOTEL, AND ENACTING A NEW ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO THE SAME SECTION. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subsection 8 of Section 2 of Ordinance Number 5941 of the City of Jefferson, being Subsection 8 of Section 61 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson, 1956, pertaining to parking of motor vehicles on Madison Street in front of the Governor Hotel, be, and the same is hereby, repealed. Section 2. There is hereby enacted a new section of the ordinances of Jefferson City, to be designated as Subsection 8 of Ordinance Number 5941, and to be Subsection 8 of Section 61 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to the parking of motor vehicles in front of the Governor Hotel, which said section shall read in words and figures as follows: Section 61 Reserved and restricted parking. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked within the areas hereinafte designated on the following named streets: 8. Governor Hotel. On the west side of Madison Street between points located thirty (30) feet and eighty two (82) feet south of the south curb of Capital Avenue, provided that, patrons of the Governor Hotel, when arriving at or departing from said hotel, may park within said area for a period of time not to exceed fifteen (15) minutes.
