SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The purpose of this agenda item is to discuss 4th of July activities and obtain direction from Council regarding the expired Memorandum of Understanding with Idaho Department of Parks
& Recreation and Valley County Sheriff’s Office pertaining to alcohol restrictions in waterfront parks.
