GULF COURSE ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES
SEPTEMBEA 26, 1986
Present were committee members Bill Mocxwitz, Pax Hardy. Don Medley, Max
Williamson, and Bob Easx' as well as city staff member Bud Schmidt.
It is noted that Chairman, Dan Medley, the September 19,1986 meeting
until today.
City Adminimtrator' Bud Schmidt' reported that he felt an exclusive contract,
^much as the goly course contract' must be bid. This is because the anti-trumt
laws now applu ,o the city. He notod that the city attorney might not agree
with this lVV%' but would agree that if it was bid no problem could arime.
The committee discussed various consideration which might be incorporated Into
much a contract. Bud Schmidt will make an initial draft of specification far
a golf course contract which might be umed for bidding purposes. The
committee will review it at the regular me^vtingscheduled for October 2.1986.
The meeting adjourned at 11:00 U.M.
