AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION Or THE
BEST PRACTICE INVE NTORY
WHEREAS, the State of New Jersey, Division of Local Government Services is
requiring all Municipalities to file a best practice inventory worksheet; and
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has complied with that request.
NOW, THERE FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Borough of Carteret submit the
completed best practice inventory worksheet to the DLGS by the required October 13,
2021 due dale and that the Chief Finance Officer and Municipal Clerk prepare the
necessary certifications.
Adopted this 14" day of October, 2021
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 15, 2021.
