It ishall be the duty of the Humane Officer of this i ity, when notified by the principal of any public, parochial or ! rivate school that the presence of any dog or group of dogs on the wounds or within the buildings of a school is a nuisance, to take ossession of said dog or dogs immediately and place them within ome suitable pen or pound provided by the city. ection 3. The Humane Officer shall notify the owner of any dogs �mpounded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding section that aid dog has been impounded and further that said dog must be eclaimed within seventy two hours thereafter, or, that the dog will e destroyed. ection 4. The Humane Officer shall destroy all dogs impounded nder the terms of this ordinance which have not been reclaimed by heir owner within seventy Wo hours after notification of mpoundment is given by the Humane Officer to thy: owners. ection 5. The owner of any dog impounded under the terms of this rdinance shall pay an amount of Two ($2.00) Dollars to the Humane fficer to obtain the release of said dog. The Humane Officer shall ill out a receipt form in triplicate showing the receipt of said um. One copy shall be given to the owner, one copy shall be retained y the Humane Officer and one copy shall be filed with the City ,ollector. All monies collected by the Humane Officer under the erms of this ordinance shall be transmitted to the City Collector n the last day of each month. ection 6. It shall be unlawful for the operator of any truck ith a capacity in excess of one-half (�) ton to permit the same to e parked on the south side of the 1200 Block of Madeline Street. ection 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance hall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. ection 3.
