line of Main Street; thence westerly parallel to the southerly line
of Main Street, 555 feet to the west line of a tract of land owned
by Henry Eager; thence north along and with the west line of the
Eager land 250 feet to the southerly line of Main Street; thence
easterly along and with the southerly line of Main Street 795 feet;
thence southerly parallel with the westerly line of lot 9 of Busch'
Subdivision, 525 feet to a point that is 250 feet northerly of and
perpendicular to the northerly right-6f-way line of the Missouri
Pacific Railroad; thence easterly parallel to and 250 feet from
said right-of-way line 1585 feet to the easterly line of Guyton' s
ddition; thence southerly along said Addition line 260 feet to
the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

RDINANCE NO. 6687
An Ordinance levying and assessing a special tax bill against the
lots or tracks of land fronting or abutting on the roadway of
Castle Drive, from the north. curb line of Hall Street, north 227 feet
in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the improvement of the said
roadway by grading, curbing and guttering and paving with portland
cement concrete.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cos
per front foot as specified in Section 2( of this ordinance, againse
she aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on the
roadway of Castle Drive, from the north curb line of Hall Street,
north 227 feet in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the improve-
ent of the roadway Castle Drive street aforesaid, including such
rading as may be necessary for the reception of a cement sidewalk,
he sum of $3145.55 as the total costs of the improvement of said
