HE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked on the south side of the alley knoxm as Commercial Avenue between its intersections with Jackson Street and Marshall Street. Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and approval. ORDINANCE NO. 6691 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, TO EXECUTE A QUIT-CLAIM DEED IN FAVOR OF PAUL N. DOLL AND MARY R. DOLL, HUSBAND AND WIFE, CONVEYING ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST OF THE CITY INTO CERTAIN . SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED PROPERTY IN CONSIDERATION FOR THE PAYMENT OF ONE HUNDRED.DOLLARS. Whereas, the City of Jefferson, Missouri, owns certain land hereinafter described, and Whereas, the City of Jefferson has no need or use for said land, and Whereas, the City of Jefferson was petitioned to sell said land and thereafter did decide to sell said land, and Whereas, the City of Jefferson, by advertisement in a local newspaper published in said City, did declare that it would receive bids for the purchase of said property, and Whereas, Paul N. Doll and Mary R. Doll, husband and wife, were the only bidders for said property, offering to pay the sum of One Hundred ($100 .00) Dollars to the City in exchange for the land, and Whereas the City Council, after study and consideration, did deter- mine that the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) was a fair consideration for said land, and Whereas, the City Council, on motion made, seconded and unanimously passed, did recommend that the bid of Paul N. Doll and Mary R. Doll 'be accepted, and that the City convey by quitclaim deed all right, title and interest of said City in and to said land to the aforementioned Paul N. Doll and Mary R. Doll, now therefore: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUF,I, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City a quit-claim deed conveying to Paul N. Doll and Mary R. Doll, husband and wife, all right, title and interest of the said City in and to the following described land: 1
