hearing at the time and place stated in the notice by newspaper, an
has given all interested parties an opportunity to be heard, now
therefore:
Be it ,ordained by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouii,
as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Map of the City, as incorporated into
ordinance number 5880 of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, be and
the same is hereby amended, changed and modified to reflect the
rezoning of the following described tract of land within the city
from its present District "A-211 Single Family Dwelling Classificati( n
to a District IT' Highway Commercial Classification:
"A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 12, Township
44 North, Range 12 West,, in the City of Jefferson, County
of Cole, Missouri, more particularly described as:
Frpnting sixty (60) feet on Howard Street and running
back easterly at right angles to Howard Street a distance
of 399 .5 feet, with the north line of said sixty (60)
foot strip lying 149 .2 feet south of the south line of
St. Mary' s Boulevard."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its - passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE GRANTING THE ROY A SCHEPERLE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AN
ADDITIONAL SIXTY (60) WORKING DAYS FOR THE COMPLETION OF SEWER
DISTRICT NO., 91 "C" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI,, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Roy A. Scheperle Construction Company is hereby
granted an additional sixty (60) working days for the completion
of Sewer District No. 91 "C" .
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect from
and after its passage and approval.

OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND ENACTING A NEW SUBPARAGRAPH (N) OF
SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 6610 PERTAINING TO THE SAME SUBJECT.
