SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On May 27, 2021, Council directed staff to continue with preparation of a proposed ordinance prohibiting the feeding of wildlife within the City of McCall. In cooperation with Idaho
Fish and Game, staff has created the included draft ordinance for review and discussion.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Review the draft ordinance and direct staff to finalize for adoption at the next Council meeting.
