SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Richard A. Bush and Pamela S. Bush are purchasing Hangar 523 from SEICO, LLC and are requesting a new lease for Hangar 523 and to terminate the existing lease with Bruce A. & Sylvia
J. Hafenfeld.
The existing lease consists of 1,530 square feet of property. The current annual Hangar Lease payment of $586.93 is paid up through September 30, 2021. The new rate will be $0.3127 per
sq ft, or $478.43 a decrease of $108.50 - and increases the lease term from the original 15 years remaining to 40 years.
The purchaser has been provided with a copy of the current lease, current Airport Rules and Regulations, and Airport Minimum Standards. The City Clerk will record the document, and keep
a copy for the City’s records. Staff has requested a $200 transaction fee. The contract has been reviewed by the City Attorney.
