plat of Sunset Place Addition as "HAYS PARK" which
lies north of a line that is 700.0 feet north of
and parallel to the south line of Sunset Place
Addition, as per plat of record in Plat Book 2,
Page 45, Cole County Recorder' s Office. All of
which land lies within the City of Jefferson and
County of Cole, Missouri."
Section 3. The City Council of the City of Jefferson does hereby
declare it necessary and proper to appropriate and take the land
described in paragraph. two above for public use as a right of way
to be used for a public street.
Section 4. Pursuant to the terms of Section 88 .073, R. S. Mo. 1949,
no benefit district shall be established, and all damages, if any,
resulting from said appropriation of the land described in Section
two above for street right of way purposes, shall be paid from
funds within the Treasury of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 5. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE NO. 6714
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 91 "D" , WITHIN THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri ,
hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary for sanitary
purposes and for the health of its inhabitants of the City to
establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer District No. 91 'T'
with location and boundaries as follows:
All of lots 1, 2, 3, 26 and 27 in Rosewood Addition and lots 28 and
29 in Roseland Addition shall all be entirely within Sewer District
No. 91 '!D" and shall form the boundary line thereof.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or aprts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
